In This area Sacto Calif. It would be Paul Fullerton. He is very energetic and out going. He has improved on his birds since his first year and still is going strong. He is probalby the most improved flyer in our region looking at the past few years. Got his first big fly in the Fall fly last year in 5th place. I think he has had rollers for about 5 years now? You never forget Paul once you meet him. All the judges know him and remeber him for his humor and his carasmatic behavior. He loves to flirt and even makes the elderly ladies blush. LOL ( Paul should I edit that part out?)
There are plenty of big names in our area, but paul just leaves an impression on you. Plus his birds have been fun to watch with the most depth of all of us. Bill C
