One thing about rollers is you can never be 100% sure what colors are going to come out of a pair.
Its diffrent each round.
Last year I had a blue check pide paired to a slate pide cock and on the first round got check pides.
On the second round got blue pides.
This year I paired the check pide yearling to her blue pide brother and I have got a Blue pide and a slate pide the double of its grandad.
Then I have A pair of mealy red bars and they have give me a lavender and a grizzle.
My friend were my birds come from hasnt ever bred a grizzle in all the years he has had them.
Then I get one out of two mealys.
CRAZY.
