Very nice kit flown by Steve. Was well worth getting up 1:30AM to make the drive to So. Cal. to get there in time to see all the kits flown. Some top quality recessive reds in Steve's kit, as well as a balance on nice birds that put on a impressive and entertianing show. Though Bobby Wilson's birds weren't on that day they showed some nice quality spin as well. Bad luck for Willie Wright. Those who were there know what happened as well as know what quality Willie flies as well. Ro Black also had some very nice spinners in his kit, there was a champion quality black in his team that really stood out to me. Took my breath away! Poor draw for Ro as wind was very gusty. Very competitive group of flyers that showed they have quality spin in the air and have fun on fly day! Great time for my son and I with a great group of guys!
