I copied the report below from another list. It looks like the Virginia region has grown up out of nowhere! It's good to see a newer growing region like that.

2009 Virginia World Cup Regional Fly

It was an honor to be asked to judge the Virginia World Cup Regional Fly this year. The Virginia Region is an up and coming, and growing, region. They have a great group of guys, they treated me like gold, and I had a fantastic time.
Adrian Taylor won the Regional Fly and John Marino came in second place. Adrian and John both qualified for the World Cup Finals.
Adrian is the Regional Director, and has only been flying rollers for 3 years. His kit never stopped working the entire fly, and worked together as a team. He has worked hard as the RD, and he really works hard on his birds, and it shows. If he keeps it up, he will be a force to be reckoned with in the future. John’s kit also was a good team, which lost breaks from out birds in the last 5 minutes. Congratulations to both of you, and good luck in the finals!
