More than lightly all the blue bars Will carry the roll down gene from there grand father/great grand ect.. Or grand mother and so on. People say that grizzles tend to be roll downs. And I have had them that do. But then I have seen fantastic grizzles. Infact the best hen I have ever seen was a little grizz. You need to single the culprut out otherwise it will just carry on. People try to correct the roll downs in breeding but me personaly I just remove them out of the program. Good look and I hope you sort the problem out. yours in roll harrison. PS. My best cock from last year is a blue bar pide cock.

the parents dont have to be roll downs at all, all you nead is parents with no control, when two birds are paired incorrectly they will come down.fly the birds 2 years first then mate them to ensure that the controll is stronger than the instinct to roll.dont mate birds that constantly bump on take off and landing.and make sure the feed is also correct
