Okay, I slept on this and spoke with my better half this morning and I think that it is time for me to get out of my own way and get some help from a few of the good people who use this site.
It is my intention to setup a Forum Policy Committee that would have power to develop and enforce a new posting policy and with voting powers to temporarily suspend or permanently ban violators, remove entire threads and/or topics, etc, as well as how to best use the forum to advance the Birmingham Roller hobby and promote goodwill amongst roller fanciers everywhere using the site.
It basically means that to a large degree, I would give up daily control to the All Roller Talk forum and hand it over to this new group trusting that they will keep the mission of RPDC going.
It is not my intention to add to problems or even start them. I have always said the "you are either part of the problem or part of the solution". I can truly say, I do not want to be part of the problem.
I will be contacting a few of you for your thoughts, help, suggestions and asking 3 to 5 to serve on the committee. I will also need about 5 anonymous individuals to serve as silent moderators.
If you think you want to help out with this, I am open to honest and fair people to contact me to act on my behalf to the benefit of the forum. ---------- FLY ON! Tony Chavarria

I look at this forum for opinions/answers/suggestions/advice from the collective knowledge of the veteran "brotherhood" of roller guys. What works at your altitude, climate, etc may or may not work for me but I'm thankful for the information and I'll put some of it to good use. My profile doesn't matter. Who I am doesn't matter. If I like muffed birds that are yellow with bull eyes - it doesn't matter. It's all for the love of the Birmingham Roller and the "Brotherhood" of the Roller Guys. I don't have time for the grade school playground bully mentality. My goal is to fly the best kit of rollers possible and make some Roller friends along the way. That's what I'd like to see more of here and not all of the other crap.
