hi all
been looking at the posts + photos from the convention.
ive really enjoyed them.never thought you lot across there could learn us brits anything about rollers lol.but i wish we had something like your convention.hopefuly i will be able to get across + make it to 1 of them in the near future.as it looks like roller heaven to me.well done to paul + all the rest of you who helped out to make it such a big success.and paul if theres a day when your birds are going to let you down it will be a day like you had.but dont let it get to you .its happened to us all + me more than most lol.best wishes to all

Anyone who has been involved in competition with rollers knows, very well, how difficult it is to put up a decent kit during a convention...especially if you are one of the main organizers of the event. And though we might be dissappointed because we come a long way and didn't get to see a guy's birds in competition form, we certainly don't judge the man or his family of birds on the basis of one fly.
The annual NBRC convention is one of the highlights of the year for a roller fancier, and most that attend, regret the day that it comes to a close. Good food, good discussions, good friends, good laughs are the order of the day. You guys are missing it. You need to change that, my friend. You won't regret it.
