I will be the first to admit I have poor reading comprehension at times and I have to reread things when I'm not focused. My mind is sometimes wandering - flying birds, or fishing when I should focus on reading. It's just like not listening to someone when they talk. It's hard to be a good listener and even harder to be a good reader. I think if we all try to comprehend what we're reading here there will be a lot less tempers flaring. When in doubt reread, what you write before you post and reread what others post before you comment. Bad thing about these posts is you can assume things that are there or not there. Face to face you can read the truth through a persons body language, can't do that here. So be careful. It's easier to make a friend than make an enemy a friend.

My mother always told me. If you can't say something nice. Don't say anything at all.

Don't get me wrong I like a little debate too. As long as it's respectable. I tell my two little boys if you pinch, hit, kick, bite whatever to your brother don't be surprised when your brother fights back and makes you cry. I don't punish one for defending himself but I get all over them for instigating little fights. Maybe courtesy is dead these days. But I'm gonna teach my boys right from wrong so they don't grow up to be little boys in men's bodies that instigate little pretend fights on forums.

Your a wise man,PumpkinMan. As are Donnie James,Oldfart and Val. Sense of humours can also be misinterpreted and varied without being able to look someone directly in the eyes. I like how Oldfart allways adds a "Smile" at the end of his posts when he,s kidding around.Glen.
