is it normal for a hen and cock to fight with each other when putting them in the breeding pen together for the first time?,would they stop fighting and pair up or should i remove them from one another?

yes i have experienced it some times but it was only when the hen was pair up with another cock and then i switched up the cocks.....usually about a day later they should cool off and mate...o yea leave them together for a while....JMO
