i got a bird that since yesterday has been with mouth open like when its hot and i gave him water but he wouldnt drink it then gave him water with a syringe... and nothing checked to see if he had anything going on inside his mouth what could it be everything seems fine with him except he always with mouth open..

Victor, I have never seen this in a pigeon. I would check to see if it is the heat by putting it in a small cage and bringing it inside were it is cool. You can also keep up with it's droppings better that way. A real hard dropping would indicate it being dehydrated.You could also monitor it's water intake better this way.

Victor, is it breathing through its nose or beak? It may have a respiratory problem.

Victor, I have the same problem except the bird can drink and eat ok. I put him on tylan and spartrix and it seems to be helping a little.
4 in 1 and baytril did not help when I tried about 4 weeks ago.
Hopefully it is only a respiratory problem and it clears up.

it can breathe fine and noone of the others birds r acting like him...i gave him some respitory medication hopefully it works..
