i have a sqeaker that has one leg sticking out to the side it wasnt like that untill i was told to give a sprate nest bowle since its nest mate wasnt getting enought food. i think its cuz the nest bowle was too new, no poop makeing a gripy is there anything i can do to help it be straight agin or do i have to elimated. for as right now i have a string wraping both leg so it stay together(not very helpfull)

I believe it is called spindle leg. and there is no cure. I tried keeping one once but it had to be culled. Not much you can do for him,

vhawk, Take old socks and fill them partially with beans. Place them in the nest bowl so that they are on both sides and the squeak is propped up by the bean bags. If it is young enough you might still stand a chance of saving it.

I did the string thing about 1 1/2 inch apart and it worked ,flyin in my kit.good luck may work,it did for me

vhawk, I do this any time I have a single in the nest as a preventive measure. I like the beans in a sock because it's soft but firm and gets the job done.

Need to make sure that they have enough bedding in the nest bowl. If not, there feet will keep spreading out and the end result is what you described

i should of know the nest bowle needs bedding or some sorte but thanks guys well the sqeaker was old enought to b band so i banded the two leggs n tied a short string on both side its still kind of sticking to the side but hopefull it can still walk when it grown up
