Just got through reviewing the WC scores and it looks like Dean Forster takes the highest Q/D...way to Go!!! What's the background of his family? I also noticed that Wyane Wilson had a 1.6 Q; another North East England Flyer...Do they have the same family???

Hi all, just to let you know, Deano and Wayne, are both from Middlesbrough (North East of England)
Deano flys his own breed, which he has had for years, But has the odd bird from Lez Bezanse's breed.
and no, wayne does not fly the same family.
Yours in sport, Col

hi all jason i judged the qualifyers in our region that put both deanos + waynes through to the finals.both kits were easily the best 2 in the qualifyers.but our region has got to be one of the hardest regions to qualify in the world with around 20 people that on thier day can fly top quality birds.but both flyers will admit thier birds let them down in the finals for some reason they did not kit that good other wise i think 1 of them would have won it.as i marked for hanness + both kits lost good breaks through out birds i remember wayne missing out on a 15 break because he had 2 out birds.but after saying all that we should not forget the eventual winner from s/a steve naude we should be all congradulating him.i have also seen his birds + though i did not see a great kit as it was very windy i have seen some great individuals the few times ive seen his birds.so well done to steve .

Mr Wanless... I just spent a few days with your friend Hannes Rossouw. He mentioned your name a few times and let me tell you, I have never met a more humble, polite and genuine fellow. It is no surprise that South Africa is producing such top fliers these days. His knowledge of Rollers and judging in particular is very admirable. Well done Dean and Wayne. No flash in the pan either. I remember George Mason telling me a few years ago that Dean had the best rollers in England. Pete
