Still nothing Tony.
The for sale page just has the rollerpigeon.com logo in the top left corner, and birmingham rollers for sale below it.
No pictures or prices of birds comes up.

Sorry, no lavendars in this group. I think I have one or two coming up in the next round. Just starting to feather so I will know more in a few days. If they are lavs, let me know if you want to reserve them, I am happy to do so. Thanks!

I know my webhost is doing some maintenance on the system so perhaps this is causing your page to not load correctly. Try again in a while. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Tony not a problem, thanks for your help.
As far as lavendars go i would be interested in them if they are the light colored ones, like #6 in your rollery gallery. If so let me know and reserve them for me PLEASE. My e-mail address is bluehelmets@q.com if you need to reach me.
Thanks for your help and responses.

Paul, thanks for the feedback, the page comes up good on my end (I tested on 2 computers) and I am also pulling from the same Internet computer server as you and polarbear.

Can someone else let me know what happens when you click on the same buttons as Paul did? Thanks for the assistance!

Okay, I think I see what the problem might be. Are you who are not seeing the page using Internet Explorer? I just tried my Internet Explorer on 2 separate computers and it does not work.

My Mozilla Firefox is having NO problems loading the page. I use Mozilla Firefox Internet Browser because it is WAY better and its free!

Try downloading the free browser and see if you are able to get the page.

Tony, Do you have any lavendar hens coming up for sale?
If so I would be interested in a light colored one if one or two are not spoken for already.
Thanks

Hello Mike, I think I have 1 lav hen still in the nest. I will check it out tomorrow and get back to you.

I believe I have what is a hen which is a beautiful looking red bar from a pair of lavendar parents I will be weaning tomorrow. Mike, I don't know if people realize, but I get lavendars from any of the colors out of the Ash Red line (red checks, red bars, etc).

I think some might think only lavendar produces lavendar, not the case.

Also, check out the new buyer program I setup to help my customers deal with the recession. Make easy payments of $30 for 4 months on a pair of Rubys. I am excited about the program. I hope many will take advantage of it.

I will get back to you tomorrow. Thanks!

Tony thanks for the response, I will be waiting to hear back.
I have raised most of my lavendars this year from black cocks on red bar hens and lavendar cocks on black hens. Most lavendars they raised were all cocks, so if I can get a couple lavendar hens i hope to increase my production of lavendars.
With that said, they will get the crap flown out of them so i can move forward with the best spinning lavendars, and go from there.

916birds, sorry, no more discount sales anticipated for a while. In the future, I guess I will keep more Rubys for myself and then cut back on production so there will be fewer put up purely for sale. If someone wants birds, they can buy them out of my kits and pay more for proven kit birds.

I do have a special offer though, Ruby Rollers for $30 a month until paid. Check it out.

Tony
I like your new sales approach. I was wondering if someone ordered a second pair do they still have to pay the $50 deposit.
It appears to me that the deposit will cover shipping, and that you get the $60 a bird you are trying to get. If that is the case does the second or third pair ship with out the $50 deposit?

RT, thanks, I figure I need to make things easier on the pocketbook for buyers and also so I can move birds out, I can only put so many birds in kit boxes before they are completely full. I think I would lower production rather than lower prices permanently.

As to your other question, yes, I would ship any additional birds out with the first pair, but the extra shipping costs and the cost of the additional birds will have to be paid in full. The $30 payment per month, is for 1 pair only. That's all I can afford to risk at this point.

Thanks for asking about that.

Tony, Lavender is brought about by the spread gene which in turn usually hides the pattern. Although when only 1 gene for spread is present sometimes a faint pattern will show thru. Without the spread gene a true red bar or red ck can't throw a lavender. Just thought this might be of interest to someone who might be trying to get lavenders from true cks or bars that are not spread. And too, all spread ashreds are not necessarily lavenders-- lots of variation in spred ash reds. Hope this may help someone in the future. DB.

Tony, Do you happen to have any light colored lavendar hens for sale?

Also do you ever sell any kit birds or older birds that you have flown out for sometime and are able to tell how they perform?

polarbear, I do not have any lav hens right now. As for kit birds, any flown out and proven birds do not sell for $60.

Just to show you a lav hen, I will soon post a few pictures with some performance details of a lav hen that I have been flying for a couple years. This hen is 30 to as deep as 50 foot. I will put the info and pictures in my blog thread, probably on Monday.
