Gentlemen,

I want to acknowledge Scott Campbell for his committment to the sport of flying rollers competitively, in agreeing to judge our 2009 National Championship. I look forward to working with you, Scott. Flyers, your Regional Directors have just received an updated versions of Preliminary Finals Schedules which we should be finalizing after a final bit of tweeking. I look forward to seeing you all putting up a kit and posting a good score. Good luck to each of you in your quest for the National title in either the 20-bird or the 11-bird.

Cliff

Thanks for stepping up to the plate Scott. Also thanks Cliff. Not an easy job coordinating such an event and won't get easier! Well, I hope I qualify as I believe Scott is flying some of the hard core Pensoms like I fly. It would be nice to get "just his opinion" on how they do! Everyone enjoy your next fly! Don M. LVRC

Thanks guys, it is a real honor !!

Jerry, when I'm under a kit judging there is nothing else but me and that kit, all I care about is that the best team of Birmingham Rollers takes the fly, that you can count on I can promise.

Scott

I predict that a kit of double Andy, recessive red, cream bar,
dilute, carrying yellow & not showing brown, crested, toy stencil / pencil frill back, with a grizzle badge, bald head, bull and pearl eye with two black toe nails on the left webbed foot, will win:))) LOL

Only "on the job" training, I am afraid. I have heard of a move afoot to require an eye exam, a quiz on the fly rules with a 1000 word essay explaining the differences between the NBRC and WC rules , Required reading of " How to win friends and influence people", and a few other interesting but private questions the candidate must answer correctly before he is invited to judge.
A lot will depend on how the future unfolds.

Oh, ok, then. LOL! I hope Scott will judge fair and square and may the person who has the "best" kit wins. Is Scott going to wear his sunglasses during judging? (Scott, I am just teasing.)
