I have been appointed the Regional Director (RD) for region 3B. Brian Middaugh retired due to other personal commitments and I stepped in and up to handle region 3B starting for this Fall fly. Wish me luck everyone.

Hey Jay,
I want to wish you the best of luck with the region. I am being shipped out on the 20th {Thursday} for my new job. I had to take it with the way the economy is. When you work construction you have to take it if it is offered. They tell me it will keep me going until spring but we will see.
It was nice visiting you during the World cup on my judging trip through your area. You have some good birds with some traits that will get you going.
Again best of luck and sorry for not being able to keep the RD for myself I love visiting old and new friends.

Brian thanks. I am on the roll buddy...grean but on the roll (lol). I just talked with Richard Miller this morning who is going to judge this region. The Michigan flyers have their thing together already and they will be flying this Labor Day weekend and Ohio the weekend after that. I am still soliciting past RDs and flyrs with their help. So far so good. Boy, I was thrown in the fire head first but it is not too bad. Thanks again.

I want to meet up with you when your on your judging trip. I just dont have the time to commit to the fly being out of town and trying to keep things going here and being away from home.
