hi dave, when given pro biotics to the birds.it helps, them with nutrient absorption.and digestion.it also protects the bowel from diseases.you can use pro biotic,during breeding and weaning,and after using antibiotic.

Dave, That is a cutie! :) Tony was selling everything you need. I don't know if there is anything left in the on site store but if there is then buy here first. Other then that go to Foy's or Jedd"s Pigeon Supplies online store and order or request a catalog. You will find almost anything you might need in their catalog.
4 in 1 powder treats for canker, E. Coli, Paratyphoid, and Coccidiosis. I give it as a preventive at the start of every breeding season. Cost $19.95 from Jedds but it will last for a long time. I store it in a sealed glass jar in the freezer.
Bio Pro (pro biotic) Jedd's $7.95 8 oz.
Unless you suspect a problem do not use the 4 in 1 at this time, wait until you have a problem or as a prevenitive next breeding season.
The Bio Pro will not harm your birds or young and should be given anytime.

Cliff pointed me to a wormout pill with coccicide. That I would recomend at the weaning time. One pill for 2 days and your done. 24.95 for 50 pills
