I have a young bird that loves to fly and kits well, but it just started doing plate rolls? They actually look pretty funny. Is this normal and should i keep it in the air?

Joe, it most probably will never amount to be anything, the only birds that I find that ever amount to anything start with short speedy type of spins, although they don't have to be clean.
In fact I prefere them not to be totaly clean,I want them a little glitchy when first coming in as it is them learning control.

Twirling, kind of like a frisbee, but desending straight down. The descent is much slower then that of a spinner.

hey Joe, ill tell u what kind of roller u got, what u got is called an Hungarian roller. Well those are still Birmingham rollers but instead they roll like plates and u can find plenty of them in Hungary. Yes that is normal for a Hungarian roller.
