Congratulations my mate Rocky
Thom, Just to let you know that after 4 months of controlling his eating Rocky ate a whole leg of lamb approximately 4lb with all the trimmings.
Thom I hope you have lots of meat up your way as this dude loves his food, Rocky has said this is the last time he will compete.
