----------I treated my kit birds with ALL IN 1 , treatment started Sunday, and flew yesterday, birds that NEVER rolled down ,rolled down, had 1 bird that I was watching and she was coming in fast, next thing I hear a loud bang, she flew into the side of a house at full diving speed? is it the meds? I got them in and will not fly until meds are finished and they have a couple of days to recoup! ANY IDEAS Pat

Pat, I am curious, how are the birds doing now? I am at a loss as to why unless it was the meds.

Pat It could be a combination of things. How far are your birds into the molt, are all primaries in? Anytime you treat for bacteria, you run the risk of killing the good bacteria along with the bad. If you are treating for worms, you are in effect, giving your birds a poison. This can't be a good thing. I would suggest you not fly while your birds are being medicated, wait till the Probios have built them back up. If you can get your birds through the molt BEFORE they are being preped for a fly, the better off you will be. The homer guys often use timers on the lights to get their birds through the molt before fly season starts. Cliff
