My husband built a light box out of cardboard and vellum paper so we could take some good photos of my birds. Here are a few that came out nicely. We used different colored craft paper for the backgrounds. Just thought I would share.

Paul - The vellum diffuses the light. We use it on the top & sides, and shine a couple of spotlights through it.

Karen, professional looking for sure! could you explain or show the setup? i'm not sure what you mean 'the vellum diffuses the light'. are you saying you've got this vellum paper above the lights? ---------- Steve in Blue Point, NY
