Region 9B (sacramento area) just completed the prelims...we had a total of 30 kits entered with three qualifiers...it was a real nice weekend...Had members from the neighboring regions come up to watch the fly...had a nice BBQ at Steve Bills house on Saturday....THANKS STEVE!! We some some real nice spinners and again..it was a great time hanging and talking pigeons.
I would like to Thanks Joe Urbon for a job well done in the judging.....Joe is a good judge and the birds better be doing it right!!! Joe was consistent across the board and the best kits I feel are in the right order.....and that is where it counts.
I would also like to thank all the fliers for stepping up and putting the birds up...ready or not....we closed another chapter in the book of roller comp in 9B and looking forward to next year....I will really like to thank Jeff Commer for coming through and flying the last spot!!! Everyone had good spinners in every kit that I saw.....and those that had a rough time....just remember to brush yourself off and get back on the horse....and trust me a bad fly day can happen to anybody!!!! Look at my A-team score...LOL....
Again..Thank you to all in the 9B region...we all get along and you guys make my job very easy.....its nice to have nothing but positive attitudes and fun on the fly days...again thanks.

You did great for you first fly man....I only scored like 12 points...and I was freak'n stoked!!!....You had some real good spin....you will do better!! and better!!!

man paul i went on the wrong day your B team was rocking and rolling from your score. congrats to all the qualifers. i had a great time out there on saturday i was able to see some real nice birds at the houses i was able to vist. that paul is a great RD you guys are lucky to have him. good luck on the finals

Great job Paul on another fly that was well done. Organized schedule making it easy to fly and see the birds. Awesome Kit 2 score!!!! it was fun and thanks to all who came out to see NCRC birds. Thanks again to Joe Urban for judging. Steve

No pics...on Sunday night after the fly....I was tired and left my Challenger in the driveway and did not put it in the garage.....I live in a real nice neighborhood and thought no worries....well my car got broken into and they stole 237.00 of the fly money I had under the seat in an envelope....the stole my ipod and the cord that connects it to my Challenger's stereo...two Fox Racing hoodie sweaters.....my cannon digital camera and my Sony digital handy cam....I acutally forgot they were in the car.....I was Soooo pissed....so some f(*)cking punk has all the fly photos...my camera bag also had a mini tri pod...extra batterys....32gig memory stick and a docking storage station to dump the photos off the stick....so...I was only happy about my fly for about a day..and then this happened...
