Kudos go out to the Virginia Performing Roller Club for putting on an outstanding event. The birds were very impressive and several excellent families of birds were represented. Keep an eye on these guys. I see good things coming for them in the competition arena. As always, it was good to see so many friends in the sport and share in the stories and the laughter. I usually don't drag my daughter along, but we decided to give it a try and she had a ball. Luckily there were two other girls and the three of them really hit it off as we moved from loft to loft. So now she wants to come along on all the flies! That's her leaning over to get acquainted in the first picture. It was my lucky day...I bought nine raffle tickets and hit on eight of them!! (I shoulda bought a Virginia lottery ticket! LOL!) Good people....good food....good birds...good times. If you are in the area, you don't want to miss it next year. Great job guys!

Didn't get to make it this time.
Will be breeding a andulusion hen out of the '08 VRA raffle kit next year. Still flying one other. Both hens.
Walter, any new guys looking for/needing birds? May not be the best but a good percentage will spin.
