well guy i didnt do to good i had scored 77 in the prelims and in the final i scored 48 the birds were just to strong. scott said i scored all my points pretty much with 3 of the birds in the kit. after i let out the rest of the team and he said i should have put a few of those birds in the team and i could have scored more points anyways it was fun

for reals ralph if it isnt fun why be in this hobbie. most folks get to mad if they dont win or get there way. ive learned the birds have a mind of there own. we try to get them right but at the end there the one s flying not us. ill keep flying in the big flys as long as i can afford it, if i win i win if i loss i loss no matter what it was fun.

Good job with your team Sal. I flew with my club, the NCRC, in the 20 bird fly (only flew 17). This is my first year getting back in the game so I knew I would not do too well. The bottom line is that I did compete which was my ultimate goal anyway. I scored 0 points but I will do better next year. Back to the drawing board for now for me. Good job again.

Squabby,
One of our guys DQ`d in the WC and got a zero in the FF. He felt it was an improvement. His birds looked good and they had some roll. They just refused to break.
Personally I had a string of dq`s and single digit points. Finally broke 100 with one kit this fall. I feel I am back on track too. The first few times I flew I did pretty well then took a nose dive.
Ya never know whats gonna happen when you open the kitbox.

100 is cool Sal. Maybe my team will be able to get me at least 50 this coming year. I will breed strictly for the comp this upcoming year and hopefully my new stuff will be able to work together.

hey thanks squabby,

i dq in the 20 bird fly this time also in the fall fly. i thought i was going to do good my birds the month before did a awsome job for me with 187 points. while i was setting up my team i had the best fly in my whole time competing i had one of my friends here and a uncle and all they kept say is wow wow your going to take it this year for your region. i meased them up going into the fly by not changing my feed time for my fly time i kept feeding my birds for a 7am fly and not a 12pm fly in the heat they where up 4 min and i had 3 breaks then they landed lol oh well it was still fun to have the guys here at the house
