Steve at the pigeon store they have this stuff called Multivitamin Super Form. Water Soluble with Electrolytes, made by Pigeon World. That is what I bought for my birds. It was only around $7 I think and theres a pound of it.

I also give my birds ACV I dont know if you have that already or not.

Hey Steve, You can find Bragg's A.C.V (with the mother) at major food chains, (Kroger's)in the health food section. It will be in a amber bottle. I give one teaspoon per one gallon of water.

Brewers Yeast with Garlic, Pro Bios, Pigeon Builder, Winz More, Cod Liver Oil, ACV , Red Cell,Breeders Edge, Vitamins A,D,& E, and Calcium Gluconate. I would check with Tony and see if he has any vitamins left in stock, but if he doesnt Foy's will have them.

Steve I had a hard time finding it at the larger supermarkets. However near me there is a organic store that carries it. It was about 7$ for the bottle and I still have well over 3/4 of it left.

If you decide to stop by on Tuesday you should just pick it up on the way to my house. It is in the shopping center before the intersection of Commack Road and Jericho on your right hand side. A few stores down from Blockbuster and the Chase Bank there.

I use "AgriLabs" Vitamins & Electrolytes "plus" the plus being pro-biotics. $3.50 at the feed store for 4 oz. 1 teaspoon per gallon of water. It's cheap and seems to work.

ACV is easy to find. Walmart, Fred Meyers, Smiths foodking, IGA all carry it and it is far cheaper than from an organic food store.

I recomend giving some variety of probiotic (yogurt, brewers yeast, commercial recipes), a vita-mineral (I use 'Vitamineral' from Belgium) and free access to clean grit. Give breeding hens a couple of drops of iodine, plus a tsp. of salt, in a gal of water during breeding season. During breeding season I also add 3-4 mL of calcium gluconate to gal of water for stock birds.
My kit birds just get feed and periodically red grit.

If it were easy, everybody would do it
