It was a good time to have Scott Campbell judge our Region (Region 5) in the finals. I found that Scott talks a lot of the time while judging describing what he sees. It is just not only for the kit owner, but I think it also helps Scott himself keep everything in perspective and in order. He says he does that even while watching his own birds fly outside of competitions. It was very informative for me. It gave me a good understanding of what he was seeing.

Jay, we flew in or right after rain and Scott's feet were often wet. The conditions didn't bring on a whole lot of chatter from us or the judge during some flies.

Mike, you should of, let him borrow your boots. He did have his eye on them, I think he was thinking will they fit????....LOL..

Hey Mike, those boots might have been worth a few more quality points if the judge was more comfortable and could see better without chattering.
