Yesterday on my lunch break I called my father to see if he wanted to go eat lunch and he did'nt answer so I drove by his house to check on him. I found him in the floor unable to get up. I called the ambulance and had him taken to the ER. Luckily after the Xray's he had not broken any bones but the CT Scan showed he has pneumonia and it is realy complicated being he has emphazima . His oxygen level was at 43 and should have been 96 or greater. He is in the ICU at our local hospital and seemed to be stable when I had to leave last night but he is not out of the woods. My daughter who is 3 was with me when I found him in the floor and can not fully understand why he had to be taken off in the ambulance and is not allowed in the ICU unit because of her age. She is having a hard time dealing with this as her and her PAPA were very close, so please remember her in your prayes also . Thanks Guys.

Guy's thanks for all of the prayers. I just got in from the hospital. They gave him a sedative so he could get some rest so I decided to try and get some my self. You guy's don't understand how much the support you have shown means to me ! I will try and keep you posted on his progress.

I want to thank all of you for the prayers. They have been answered. I was able to bring my father home yesterday from the hospital. He has had multiple strokes but none of them have done any major damage thank God. We have a consultation Tuesday to have surgery on the main artery in his neck and the doctors seem to think this will greatly improve his condition being he has a 80% blockage. We also found out he is diabetic and we already have it under control just by managing his diet with the help of a few pills. Again I want to say thank you for the prayers. You guys are #1 in my book !

Ty, I'm so glad, help him with his diet and weight control. I was on blood pressure meds., lost 40lbs., no meds, blood pressure is normal, the body is a wonder.
