It could be hard to say this time of year. Are you running artificial lights? , What latitude are you. With a short photoperiod, (such as right now, Dec 21 shortest day of yr) it could be unpredictable when she might re-mate and lay. I would run lights for her, 12 hrs minimum. You said, "she hasnt been mated ..." Do you mean mated or treaded by a cock. If she is truly unmated, she has no cock as a partner, again it could take longer. If you meant treaded, that will happen on a normal schedule.
On a normal schedule, she should lay again in 8-11 days. During peak breeding season, June-July, my donor hens will lay every 9-10 days and fosters lay a new clutch in 30-32 days. ---------- Jon
