Anybody ever mix the two together and how much per gallen?I have the powder aureomycin and liquid sulmet.

Brian, I've never mixed them but they do sell a powdered mixture of both.
Are your birds sick?

Yes, I lost 3 breeders.It hit a couple of day ago.They went lite and have runny poo.

My first guess would be paratyphoid. I would try amoxicillin first before trying to mix something, especially if you're treating breeders.

There are different meds you can use and I would start with a good 4&1. If that does not work you might try Baytril but it is very hard in the birds kidneys as are most sulfur base meds. Use them sparingly and only when needed. Joe

Thanks guys.I ordered some 5n1.So far only lost 3 birds.I thought it is Coccidia.So far it is only in one cage where I had 6 pair.Lost 2 cocks and one hen.let you know how it goes.
