My 1st grandbaby was born a couple days ago, 8lbs 13 oz little girl. Shes having some complications breathing though. They medi-flighted her to OKC (OU Childrens Med Center) this evening. Were rounding up the troops and heading that way! Could use all the prayers we can get!
OPRA MEMBERS: OPRA club bands are in, just haven't had time to get them in the mail! Forgive me!

val,
my wife is a midwife here in atlanta .i asked her about the baby girl. she said it is quite common that babies sometimes have trouble breathing at birth.little girls recover quicker than boy babys.she will recover quite quickly. God is good and he loves the little ones.

The OU Childrens Med Center worked on her thru the night and had her breathing on her own by mid morning! She still has a couple of issues we're having to deal with, but this is major progress! This childrens hospital was no joke!
Thank you for your prayers, it meant a lot to me!
