I was told today that the Ballots for the NBRC 2009 elections were never checked to verify if the person who cast the ballot was a up to date member or if the ballot was a copy ( copys are not valid)
I was also told that the ballots were destroyed thus there was no way to verify the ballots
Does anyone know anything about this ?? is this TRUE ???
Is this the reason why the Vote count was never published in the NBRC Bulletin?

What is the deal with copies? I understand making sure a member only has one vote, but why do we have to rip the page out of the Bullettin. I would think a copy would be just fine. I also do not know why the ballots need to be saved for very long. They just need to certified. To big a pain to store that stuff forever. ---------- RT Williams
