What size water receptacle is good for individual breeding units? i. e. 1qt, 3qt? John

get the pop bottle waters. Then a 20 oz bottle or a litter bottle should work great. Just an idea. Tony used to carry them. ---------- RT Williams

If you buy the plastic water fountain that looks like a big bullet, If they are in sunshine for 4 or more hours a day they will crack and break in two or three years.
The ones I bought are all breaking and brittle. I now am buying metal water cans that will last for years. I also use empty milk cartons by heating up a small soup can bolted to a metal rod and melt a nice clean hole in it for water, plus you can easily replace them or clean them with bleech. I use two holes for water and one hole for feed in individual cages so they cant fling the feed out of the milk carton with only one hole in it. Works great. Bill C
