Hello everyone,

Here in the Northwest/8B region, we have an annual meeting/fundraiser that we call the Northwest Roller Forum. It is going to be on February 27, 2010 at 10:00 Pacific. Everyone is welcome to attend. This annual gathering is our main fundraiser to support our regional flies. We have birds donated from top quality roller competition lofts to auction. The intent is to bring better birds into our region and raise money to keep the entry fees low enough that our fliers can afford to enter the flies. This year we have received a lot of very excellent donations and fear that without opening our auction up to everyone, we might not get the true value of them with the economy the way that it is. It is live so there will be no website. If you are unable to attend the forum and would like to obtain any of these birds you can leave a proxy bid and your name and phone number with me. I will bid on your behalf and will call or email you when the auction is over to let you know how you did. Keep in mind that bidders attending the forum will not have to pay for shipping on the birds that will be present at the forum. Your proxy bid only covers the price of the birds. Winning bidders are responsible for a shipping box and shipping costs. I will have my BlackBerry with me but can not guarantee that I will get your emails or phone calls during the forum so please email or call before the 27th.
