Does anyone know at what point it is okay to hold a squab? Mine are about 2 and 4 weeks old and I would like to be able to handle them. Thank you.

I hold them at all stages of their development. I usually wait for at least 2 days before I pick them up out of the nest.

I hold them as soon as they come out of the egg just hold them in your hand so mom and dad can't hurt the baby

Yes when handling babies and eggs be very careful that the mom/dad doesnt bat its wings or peck at your hands and end up hurting the baby/egg by accident.

Jigger- I start holding my squabs the next day after they Hatch- always cover them so parents can't peck or wing slap them. I check them almost every day. lol with them and GOD BLESS!!!
