Luna, from what has been posted in other discussions, Norm has good birds. It is my understanding that they develop early. Some like this others do not.
His birds are known for quality. He has been to my home a couple times and is a wealth of knowledge. He is a no nonsense kind of guy and I am sure will not steer you wrong. (BTW, using all caps in your posts is considered yelling) FLY ON! Tony Chavarria

Are you buying them from Norm Reed himself or somebody else flying the Norm Reed family. It makes a big difference to me. If from Norm himself, there is no worry, otherwise, you need to do more investegation.

Luna, I do not have Reed's birds and never seen them in the air however I heard many good thing about his birds...his family consider as "hot family" and loaded with roll. You are lucky to get birds directly from him. I am sure you will be very happy with them. -Rauf

Luna, I do not have Norm's birds exclusively, however ther is a fair amount of it that was used to create the family that I currently work with. The only complaint that I have ever heard about the Norm Reed line is that they would peter out after the first season and this I was told came straight from Norm and that is the main reason that Norm would usually fly young bird kits. They would come in young and hot and if not managed properly you will be cleaning alot of them up. In retrospect if managed properly you could just end up with a wonderful bunch of birds. Remember that this is second hand info and not laid in stone so do yourself a favor and ask the man himself. Norm is a very honest man and I don't believe he would steer you in the wrong direction as he breeds for the best in the air and nothing else. At least he use to. LOL Joe Urbon

Hello Ron, how did your visit to Norm's work out? Did you see what you expected? Did you get a chance to see them in action? FLY ON! Tony Chavarria
