The ultimate Paso Fino is in a big hurry to go no where. This filly had so much brio that she would throw you for any mistakes you made like dropping a rein, kicking her, coughing, and etc. She came in the arena blowing like a bear was after her. Teeth clinched, slobber running out of her mouth, her tail straight out behind her, taking extremly short fast steps and in perfect control. Very few are every born that can roll like her. She was a rush to ride. Took a year to break her. Rode her three months tied to a pole so she could only take a couple steps and stop. Actually I guess it was purely performance with her and not about color or looks. However my pigeons have got to have a little color and be built right. But if they don't roll they don't stay.

I hope when Nick finishes his bigger game that he gets a hawk season opened. (Deleted By Moderator) Actually I bought a .17cal/20ga and built a custom Walnut stock. It has 4 inches drop at the heel, about 1 and 1/2 inch at the comb, 1/4 inch cast at the heel,5/8 inch cast at the toe and 8 inches of pitch. The hawks don't like it I guess. They left when I start playing with it and an't come back.

Would JWilli be short for Jim Williams?? That is my name too. I remember years ago when I couldn't get my NBRC bands and then George Valiska finally telling me he had mailed them several time over only to discover he was sending them to the other Jim Williams. haha. Would you be he?
I had a buddy that nailed his foot to a roof beam one time. No fun to be had in that. haha, I feel for you there Jim.

Jim, George said he had sent them to the Jim Williams in California instead of me in Texas. That was probably late "80's.
Best of luck.
