Keith, you do get a lot of guys that you have never seen on a fly and somehow they now it all, how your birds roll in your back yard and so on and so on!LOL!!

Sal,
if you herd some of the stories i've herd you would think you're standing next to the WC champion. but those guys never fly. they critisize those that do. Sal you come back here and we'll send 20 of those guys back there. LOL (FOR REAL)

I understand what you are saying.
Ill give you an example.
Ive been an Aerospace machinist for 28 years,Ive worked in many big aerospace companies.
Through the years ive seen young guys come in with their ITT tech degrees and in the first week they think they know it all compeared to the old timers like me,but you know what, they usualy fall on ther face when they come in with that attitude.Like i tell them,i forgot more than they learned in that school.
