yea today I cut down the feed now. Im only giving each bird a table spoon.

If I want to fly my birds 2 times a day would I cut that table spoon into half and then feed one half in the morning and then one half in the evening?

You can try flying late in the day gambling that the BOP has already fed by then. However, especially with young birds in training, if attacked, they are probably more likely to become lost for good if lost overnight, than if lost earlier in the day where they may have more chance to sight the loft.
